How will I get eManager?
As soon as you sign up, you will see instructions on how to download eManager. The software is very easy to install and will literally take seconds to install after you have selected the installation folder.
The first user (the installer) will be automatically appointed as the Administrator or manager. So if there are going to be several users, make sure that it is installed by the person who will be managing the procedures (and not the techie "administrator") |

How long is the subscription for?
The subscription is an annually renewing contract, and will automatically renew unless you have cancelled before the end of the year. If you change your mind within the first 30days, you can cancel the contract and we will only charge for the first month. (Fair use policy applies to prevent misuse prior to cancellation). |
Is there a per user fee?
No, this is a fully networked system and you can have as many users as you want on it. To be realistic, up to 20 concurrent users is fine (i.e. 20 live users at any given time), but we do not recommend the product for very large groups of concurrent users. |

Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, just go into the subscription section from within eManager and follow the instructions. |
Can I use it on a network?
Yes, just install it in a network folder and anyone who has been given access to this folder can start off by just launching eManager, with absolutely no configuration required. eManager identifies each user by their Windows login ID so all you have to do is set up the correct access and user profiles in Windows and eManager is ready to go. |

Can I downgrade my plan?
You shouldn't need to because the plans are based on what products you will use rather than the volume of usage. However, if you decide it is not for you, you can downgrade within the first 30 day period, or at the end of the contract period. |
