Making a Purchase
You will be purchasing a software product for the eManager Personal Process Manager. This may be the form of a procedure published by X-Genics or a third party or electronic units for usage of such procedures.
The items for purchase are selected from the procedures catalogue in your eManager, and added to the cart. Once you have completed compiling your order, click on the checkout button to complete the payment process.

Delivery
When the payment process is complete you will receive a receipt by email which will contain an activation key. Entering this Activation Key in the eManager will automatically complete the installation of the purchased product .

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
Payment processing is provided by Protx, the UKs largest independent internet payment service providers. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Privacy Policy
X-Genics do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on the shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the Remember Me Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to Tools | Internet Options | Privacy and selecting to block cookies. Cancellation Policy
Orders may not be cancelled and refunds cannot be made once a file has been downloaded.

Refunds will only be made in the event of a faulty file, which cannot be rectified within a reasonable time. In all cases liability will be limited to the transmission of a replacement file. Notification of faulty file downloads should be made within three days of the order being placed.
