Cancellation Policy Orders may not be cancelled and refunds cannot be made once a file has been downloaded. Refunds will only be made in the event of a faulty file, which cannot be rectified within a reasonable time. In all cases liability will be limited to the transmission of a replacement file. Notification of faulty file downloads should be made within three days of the order being placed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
